I believe that the integration of emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, and social components will ensure the optimal health of a person. I employ an eclectic approach utilizing evidence based practices and techniques that are tailored to each individual person in order to help people optimize their potential. I believe that each person has the ability to change and learn the necessary skills in order to live a rewarding, happy life. I view my role as a collaborative facilitator in this change.
Outside of working, I enjoy camping, hiking, road biking, cross country skiing, and spending time with my family and dog.
