Summary: Nutrition plays a vital role as one of the building blocks of health, but eating mindfully and healthfully isn’t always simple. Food brings people together, is a vital part of culture, and a positive relationship with food is extremely important for overall quality of life. I am excited to work with Mosaic patients to help improve their nutrition status in a sustainable way that works for them, their culture and their lifestyle.
Outside of work, I can be found spending most of my time outdoors. While mountain biking is my favorite hobby, I also enjoy hiking, swimming, camping, doing yoga, reading, traveling and spending time with family, friends, and my cat.
