I enjoy coaching others in fitness. I previously coached a daily functional fitness class in Warm Springs. We train using the principles of CrossFit.
I am an avid Obstacle Course racer. I have competed in races like Spartan Race, Spartan Endurance, and Tough Mudder all over the country.
I love trail running and have participated in half marathons, marathons and ultramarathons.
I also enjoy skiing, kayaking, canoeing, SUP’ing, snowshoeing, hiking, and swimming. Whitewater rafting too.
Favorite Book: Dune by Frank Herbert (I enjoy Sci Fi and Fantasy).
