Crook County School-based Health Center
The health center offers physician and registered nurse care for well child checks (which include sports physicals and immunizations), acute (such as a cold) and chronic illness (such as diabetes and asthma) care, medication administration, health screening, as well as emotional health services. The health center also offers Healthy Kids enrollment services on-site. The school-based health center accepts private and Healthy Kids insurance and offers sliding-scale discount services to uninsured families.
