Enabling Services Staff These staff positions provide direct support to patients by providing services above and beyond primary care such as Medication Assistance, Outreach & Interpretive Services (including Health Promoters), and Specialty Referral Services.
Patient Care Staff Registered Nurses (RNs), Phlebotemists, and Medical Assistants (MAs) directly support providers, draw blood on-site, run triage, administer vaccinations, coordinate patient care and much more.
Clinic Support Staff Billing Clerks answer questions for patients and process insurance claims. Medical Receptionists manage the front desk, greeting and processing patients prior to their appointment. These employees also answer all phone calls that come into the main clinic line. Medical Records Clerks manage all patient records, creating new patient charts, transferring charts between providers, and keeping all charts organized and accessible. Schedulers manage provider templates ensuring just the right balance of apponitments each day. |
