Primary Care
Mosaic Medical’s health centers offer primary care services for the whole family, at any age. These services include prenatal care at our Prineville and Madras clinics and pediatric specialty care at our Bend clinic. Our primary care services are delivered by a professional, compassionate staff of Physicians (MDs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physicians’ Assistants (PA-Cs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Medical Assistants (MAs).
Women's Health
Mosaic Medical’s women’s health services include preventative care such as annual well-woman exams, family planning, and menopausal counseling and therapies.
Coordination of Off-Site Dental Healthcare
Mosaic Medical recognizes the importance of oral health to overall wellness and helps our patients to coordinate dental care with several area partner practices and manage reservations on the Medical Teams International dental van.
Coordination of Off-Site Behavioral & Mental Healthcare
Mosaic Medical recognizes the importance of mental health to the overall wellness of our patients and coordinates off-site services with our trusted partners.
Medication Assistance Program
Often times, medications are necessary to treat short-term illness or chronic disease. Our providers prescribe generic medications to our patients whenever possible. Sometimes, though, brand name pharmaceuticals are the best or only course of treatment. This program facilitates the availability of brand name medications to our qualified Mosaic Medical patients at a fraction of their retail value.
Outreach & Interpretation
Mosaic Medical understands that meeting our patients’ social and cultural needs is just as important as meeting their physical health needs. Outreach & Interpretive Services works at each of our clinics to provide Spanish medical interpretation services on-site and to offer one-on-one social service referrals to our patients, as we work to address the whole person and his or her critical needs.
Specialty Referrals
Like other primary care practices, Mosaic Medical refers our patients to the top specialty providers across Central Oregon, when services we are unable to provide on-site are needed. We are very fortunate to have strong partnerships with many local providers who enjoy treating our patients in their practices.
Healthy Kids and Oregon Health Plan Enrollment
Our bilingual Outreach staff is here to help you and your family enroll in this no to low-cost, comprehensive health plan. Healthy Kids provides insurance coverage for a minimum of one year for Oregon residents age 0 through 18. The Oregon Health plan does offer coverage to adults who fit a certain income range. Our Outreach staff can also help eligible patients enroll in the Oregon Health Plan.
