What's New at Mosaic Medical Prineville?

Lisa Gladden, Family Nurse Practitioner, has returned to Mosaic Medical to see prenatal patients. Lisa is well-loved in the Prineville community and we are extremely excited that she has chosen to join our team!

For several years now, the Prineville clinic has supported Hospice during their annual Tree Auction. Our staff is excited to again contribute this year! Stay tuned for an announcement about our tree theme!

The Prineville clinic is located at 375 NW Beaver Street, Suite 101, in Prineville, Oregon. Mosaic Medical shares its building with the Crook County Health Department. This single-floor brick building's sign reads "Ochoco Community Clinic", the old name for our Prineville clinic. You can access Beaver Street from NW 4th Street or NE 3rd Streets in downtown Prineville.
