Donate to Mosaic Medical


When you make a donation to Mosaic Medical, your gift makes a significant impact on the lives of our patients and on our community as a whole. Because we are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, your donation is tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

   $100 ensures that 10 pregnant women receive their prenatal vitamins for the duration of their pregnancy.

   $250 provides 28 patients with referrals to area specialty providers.

   $500 makes possible in-room interpretive services for 35 patients.

   $750 enables 24 patients each month to access our Medication Assistance Program.

   $1,000 enrolls 125 uninsured families in low or no-cost insurance programs.

   $2,500 provides first-trimester ultrasounds for four expectant mothers.

 

Every gift makes a difference.

You may choose to make a gift to a particular clinic, to support your local community, or to Mosaic Medical as an organization, enabling a vital community resource to grow stronger in the coming years.
