Job Description Summary: Mosaic Medical is searching for an experienced Project Manager. Working at Mosaic Medical is a unique experience in community health and innovation. This new role for a Special Project Manager, at the senior level, will work on extraordinary and cutting edge projects with the CEO, COO, and their teams. The position has project ownership from start to finish, and because you own the project, you are responsible for the outcome.
We seek a Project Manager that can appreciate the exquisite quality of the process and the great end product. We are looking for self-directed candidates who have experience within the healthcare sector and experience with Microsoft Project or other project management software. Projects/Responsibilities would include: Full scope expansion including construction operations-working to accomplish grant specifications for site approval ; design and maintenance of strategic plan tools, development of system wide project management program aligned with strategic initiatives and financial performance.
As a Mosaic Project Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Use project tools to effectively manage projects and to update team throughout the process.
- Provide subject matter expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on project management techniques.
- Ensuring a schedule is in place during project set up and sub-bidding that reflects the project strategy and is sufficient for estimating and subcontractor purchasing selection.
- Developing a purchasing schedule and strategy to anticipate, address and resolve purchasing challenges during the early stages of pre-construction.
- Executing each project phase including pre-construction, construction, closeout and post-construction services.
- Collaborating with finance department in set up of projects to insure profitability, client satisfaction and the best subcontractors for the job.
- Working in partnership with the CEO and COO or designated leader to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule.
- Establishing annual performance goals reporting tool to work with Strategic Plan.
- Maintaining and developing relationships to reinforce a commitment to world class customer service across the board: including co-workers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the design community.
- Promoting positive subcontractor relations by dealing professionally and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors and continually instilling this philosophy in the project team at all times.
- Communicating effectively with team members as well as keep them active in decision-making.

Experience: Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience successfully managing projects in the healthcare sector. This senior level position will report with a matrix style of management to the COO and CEO. Experience managing a variety of projects in a rapidly growing organization is critical. One will need to have the ability to balance and coordinate numerous priorities, including competing priorities. Successful candidate must have outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Candidate must be comfortable working off site, on project and on the go. Familiarity with a mobile office and technological skills to support that are a must. Experience with MS Project or other project management software required. Project management certification (PMP) and or lean certification would be a plus.

Job Description Summary: This is a full-time, benefited position that is responsible for producing analytical reporting from all clinical data sources of this growing organization and its three community health centers (Prineville, Bend and Madras). The Healthcare Data Analyst works closely with the Director of Quality and Mosaic Management providing support and ensuring viable data. This position will be responsible for production of clinic and system balanced scorecards on a regular basis as well as all other analytical reports requested by Mosaic Management. This position will provide guidance and advice for management regarding the availability of data to answer questions regarding organizational and provider performance. This position is responsible for querying, filtering, summarizing, and reporting information in a manner that is timely and useful. The Healthcare Data Analyst will be responsible for developing a high level of reliability and credibility of information with all who use and rely on the reporting produced by this position.
Qualifications:
Education: The ideal candidate will be a motivated, team player with initiative and have one (1) or more years experience working in the health care field. Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in computer science, health-care or related field required. Equivalent training, continuing education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience: Prior experience in healthcare/office software products such as Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), immunization registries, electronic medical records, disease registries and practice management systems. Training, experience, and/or general understanding of SQL databases and Crystal Reports. Equivalent education and experience will be considered and may be substituted for some experience requirements..
Specialized Skills & Knowledge: Strong, proven computer proficiency. Knowledge of database structure and reporting. Ability to effectively communicate with individuals. Ability to present difficult concepts to groups of varied backgrounds.
Environment: The position is based in Mosaic Medical’s Bend community health center; this position will necessitate occasional travel across Central Oregon and to Mosaic Medical Prineville and Madras clinics as needed. Travel outside of the local area to attend seminars or conferences may be needed. While incumbent may work standard office hours, flexibility is expected to respond to coordination, oversight, and data needs or issues. Job Description Summary: This is a full-time, benefited position that is responsible for operational quality of this growing organization and its three community health centers (Prineville, Bend and Madras). Mosaic Medical is opening up new clinics in Central Oregon in the next year, so the COO should have project management experience and the ability to direct facilities development. The COO works closely with the Clinic Managers and Medical Directors at each site to oversee the operations of the organization. This position includes oversight of the Clinic Managers and holds employees and departments at a high level of accountability and has processes in place to do so. A detailed list of responsibilities is below.
Accountable for quality operations of care and service, and efficient use of staff and referral resources to achieve the mission of Mosaic Medical. Integrates medical, behavioral health, and enabling services to create a robust health care home to serve patients. As a member of the steering committee, contributes to the organizational and strategic planning of the organization. Directly supervises Clinic Managers.
Quality Operations: Annually designs a work plan for improvement of clinical operations in association with Clinical Managers, staff, and leadership team that supports the goals and objectives of the organization. Displays strong knowledge and experience in clinic operational improvement methodologies, change management, and performance measurement. Work plan contains performance measures, timelines, and positions accountable for results. Effectively facilitates staff and management input into the change process. Moves change process effectively forward
Use of Organization Resources: Works with CFO and Clinic Mangers/Medical Directors to ensure Clinics operate within budgeted expenditures and achieve budgeted productivity. Works with Clinical Managers and staff to assure cost effective delivery of care services within a capitated environment in which Mosaic Medical is at risk for pharmacy, dental, specialty and hospital services. Effectively mobilizes resources to prevent delays and/or unnecessary resource use.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a motivated, team player with initiative and a high level of proficiency in healthcare management (5 years+). Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in public health, healthcare/business management or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
Environment: The position is based at Mosaic Medical, community health center; This position will necissitate frequents travel across Central Oregon and to Mosaic Medical Clinics as needed.
