Make Mosaic Your Medical Home
We are here to make quality medical care accessible to anyone. Our fees are based on a sliding scale for qualifying patients with limited or no insurance. We also offer enrollment assistance for OHP/Healthy Kids and we accept private insurance, OHP (Medicaid) and Medicare.
